At DC4 Berlin, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-quality denim and heritage garments. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email to notify us of your intent to return or exchange, including your order number and the reason for the return.

  Packaging

  Ensure the items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box to prevent damage.

  Shipping

  Send the package back to our Berlin store using a tracked shipping service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return to ensure it meets our quality standards, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
